To make a reservation at any of
the rental units listed, here is
how it works:

  • (1) Click on the calendar at
    the top of the page to check
    for available dates.

  • (2) Complete & submit the
    reservation request  form on
    this page.

  • (3) Pay the required $250
    deposit (same for all rentals)
    with a credit card by calling
    Penny Sammons at 304-664-
    2078.

  • You will then receive a
    confirmation email with the
    code to the front door of  the
    cabin for self check-in.

  • All reservations are
    tentative until the deposit is
    paid and you receive a
    confirmation email.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Deposits are refundable if a full 60-days notice of cancellation is given.  Cancellation notice is received less than 60-days prior to reservation, refund will be
given only if we are able to fill the reserved time period with another reservation.  A $25  processing/ administration fee applies for all cancellations.  There will
be no refund for early departures or inclement weather.

Please ask as many questions as you need before making a reservation.  As our cabins are booked months or a year in advance, there is no substitution
whatsoever of cabins after your arrival.  Please check this website often for any changes to your choice of lodging.  Management reserves the right to change
policy, furnishings, amenities & make decor changes to cabins without notice.  

AGE LIMIT TO MAKE A RESERVATION & DAMAGES
Must be 18 years old or older to make a reservation.  The person making the reservation is responsible for any and all property damage caused by anyone
in the party.
