QUIET TIME
  •  Feel free to be outside on the deck or at the firepit as late as you wish; however, please turn music volume down
    low and be considerate of the neighbors. Quite time is 11:30 pm to 8:00 am.

Disruptive, Offensive or Abusive Behavior
  •  Please be nice to each other and to all of those around you.  Disruptive, offensive or abusive behavior will not be
    tolerated and in doing so will result in your being asked to leave and forfeiture of any deposit or money paid.

CLEAN-UP
  • Daily maid service is not provided.  However, fresh towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, sheet sets, and blankets are
    available upon request.  GUESTS ARE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CABIN AS THEY FOUND IT.  Except, do not make
    the beds and do not remove the sheets from the beds.  Management reserves the right to charge for any required
    excess cleaning.  Please review the check list below to avoid a $100 or more cleaning fee:
  • 1) Furniture is clean and in it’s original place.
  • 2) All dishes & pots & pans are washed and put away.  OK to leave dishes washing in the dishwasher.  Please
    note that non-stick cookware should not be put into the dishwasher.  
  • 3) All trash has been picked up inside and outside, placed in trash bags, tied & placed in the dumpster found.  
    CreekSide Guests may use the chain link bin behind the CreekSide bldg. for placement of their trash.
  • 4) All trash cans (including outside cans) with liquid in them are washed out.
  • 5) Floors are swept free of dirt and mud.  
  • 6) Deck or porch, or sidewalk, parking pad, parking lot, cabin walls, furniture and/or bed linens and steps are clear
    of any mud and excess dirt.
  • 7) Lights, inside and outside, are turned off and the AC is up to 80 degrees in summer (or heat down to 55 degrees
     in winter.)

PET POLICY
  • The NO PET POLICY is strictly enforced.  If you choose to bring a Pet anyway, you will be asked to leave and any
    money paid will be forfeited.  Do not feed or bring stray cats or dogs into the cabins.  Doing so will result in an
    excess cleaning fee of $100 or more.

TOBACCO USE
  • No smoking or tobacco use inside.  Both OK outside.

PARKING
  • Once your trailer is unloaded, please disconnect it and park it in a parking spot.  Leaving it connected to the truck
    or SUV takes up too much room in the parking lot.  Do not park or ride on sidewalks or tiled areas  Spinning the
    gravels in the parking lot is not allowed.

REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
  • Let us know if anything is broken upon your arrival so that you are not charged with the damage.  We do everything
    possible to do repairs and maintenance before your arrive.  However, during your stay with us it may be necessary
    to make emergency repairs or do some grounds maintenance.  Everything will be corrected as soon as possible
    and with the least disturbance to our guests as possible.  No refunds or adjustments will be made for
    malfunctioning equipment or emergency repairs occurring beyond our control.
